Tester Requirements：
• Solid experience of implementing test automation framework with Rational (Mercury/Compuware can be plus)
• at least 3 years+ of software testing experience using Rational Robot/Test Manager/ReqPro
• candidate must have prior experience in test automation
• Very familiar with general and automated end to end software test process
• Solid experience of implementing test process with Rational solution (Mercury/Compuware can be plus)
• familiar with software engineering process, exp of software design will be a plus
• Familiar with general IT/network/HW/SW/architecture
• Inspector type personality with good analysis skill with logic and reaction thinking.
• Good communication skill and a team player
• Excellent English language skill in both written and spoken.
