Test Leader
Job Description :
1,manage a 3rd party test team with almost 10 members
2,organize all of the sub-system internal test teams to conduct the
UT/IT/SIT
3,communicate with the development team to plan the SIT testing
4,implement the UAT with customer and support PM to deploy the system to
customer enviroment
Job Requirement:1. More than 7 years on Testing or programing work
experience, have large project testing experience
2. Strategic and tactical thinking capabilities
3. Project management skills/team management skills
4. Strong presentation, communication and facilitation skills
5. Experience in developing quality-measurement metrics, data profiling,
testing plans, and data acquisition and validation procedures
6. Experience in performance testing, famiar with J2EE architecture
7. Ability to learn and gain proficiency in a variety of software
applications
8. Have the performance testing experience for the big project of BS
application.
