大家好，我是在一家美国的互联网公司在上海研发中心的HR, 目前我们公司正在急招几个QA的职位，如果楼上楼下的朋友们有兴趣，很欢迎来与我联系。以下是我们这个职位的介绍，如果一旦您觉得自己在技术能力方面很出色，很多要求都是有一定灵活性的：
软件测试工程师（QA）
RESPONSIBILITIES
-Develop test plans, plan test cases, develop test case scripts, automate and execute test scripts.
-Create and maintain appropriate test environment/test bed and data set.
-Refine software QA processes and practices, work with development and other staff to increase their knowledge and appreciation of required quality processes.
-Monitor issue tracking status for their readiness for testing and inclusion in the release process. Report and interpret appropriate quality metrics.
-Solid written, verbal skills and be able to work in a team environment.
-Work effectively as part of a team and possess the self-motivation and discipline.
QUALIFICATIONS
-Understanding and working knowledge in eCommerce business environment
-2+ years working knowledge in Quality Assurance/testing of large scale database driven/dynamic web-based applications.
-Experience with functional, regression and volume testing approach
-Experience with problem logging and problem management
-Familiar with stress and reliability test techniques. Working knowledge of utilizing automated web testing tools.Such as SilkTest, Puretest, LoadRunner
-Proficiency with team oriented software development process and tools, such as source code control, issue tracking and QA processes
-Working knowledge of scripting HTML, CSS, DHTML coding is a plus
-Formal education in Computing Sciences/Computing Technologies or related experience/education
